Apilada "Dee" Rodriguez is a rising star in Los Angeles' culinary scene, making waves as the Chef de Cuisine at Playa Provisions. Originally a graduate of California State University, Northridge, with a degree in Interior Design, Dee’s passion for food led her to pivot to culinary arts, where she honed her skills at The Art Institute in Santa Monica.

Currently the Chef de Cuisine at Playa Provisions in Los Angeles, Dee manages a complex, multi-concept restaurant under the mentorship of renowned chef Brooke Williamson. Her role involves, overseeing kitchen operations, and crafting innovative dishes that keep patrons coming back. With a career that spans over a decade, Dee has worked in various esteemed kitchens across Los Angeles, including Little Beast Restaurant, Pedalers Fork, and Girasol, gaining experience under top chefs like CJ Jacobson and Dan Murray.
