Chef Sugar Sungkamee has been dedicated to Jitlada since she was 15, learning from her father, Chef Tui, and her aunt, Chef Jazz. After earning a master's degree in business and studying restaurant management at the Institute of Culinary Education, Sugar took over the restaurant following her father’s passing in 2017. She is hands-on in every aspect of the business, personally handling all food orders, sourcing ingredients from local markets, and leading both the kitchen and front-of-house teams. Sugar continues to uphold her family’s legacy while driving Jitlada’s success forward.
