Previously, Tiffany served as Executive Sous Chef at DTLA Proper, honing her leadership skills while managing multiple restaurants within the hotel. Her journey in LA’s culinary scene began at Caldo Verde as Chef de Cuisine, after years of experience at renowned establishments like A.O.C. Wine Bar, Lucques, and République. Tiffany’s culinary roots stretch back to San Francisco, where she held key roles at Nopa and Foreign Cinema, shaping her expertise and refining her craft.

With a culinary career that spans from barista to Executive Chef, Tiffany’s story is one of dedication, hard work, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. Now leading the team at DTLA Proper, she’s set to elevate the dining experience to new heights.
